My chest hurts after jumping off high cliff into lake?
I don’t know how high the cliff was but when I took my life jacket off and threw it down it took appox. 5 seconds for it to reach the water. When I jumped I landed in the water i wasn’t entirely straight and landed pretty much on my butt. Immediatly my chest hurt pretty much right in the middle of my chest. And still does 3 days later. I am a male. When I swing a golf club it hurts a lot and the swing is very weak. Could this pain be something more than just some pulled muscles. What else should I watch out for?
I am 21 and in athletic shape
It was just the shock of hitting the water, The pain should go away in three more days
